Form design, to me, is a truly fun activity. The main goal of a form is to capture information to be used by someone and we all know how boring that can be–filling out forms. My small mission in life is to turn poorly designed forms into something which is a mundane task, turning it into something, well, a little bit better with a more desirable layout.
